• Inventory Pro version (SQL Server or Access backend database)
• Special support and maintenance contract requirements
• Customizations
• Data import from legacy system (Excel or proprietary database)
• Training
• Installation
• Consulting
• On site visit requirements
• System Security requirements
• Server Configuration
• Hardware costs (barcode readers, printers, servers, PCs, Wireless-RF)

If you would like, lease financing of our Inventory Pro products is also available through many third party leasing companies. This keeps your capital investment down and spreads your payments over a 3, 4 or 5 year term. There are also tax incentives that the leasing company can explain in more detail.
